Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub 

The Staff Psychological Wellbeing Hub was created to acknowledge the need for more staff support.The Hub offers a confidential place for Health and Social Care staff to discuss any problems that are affecting their daily lives.If you are feeling stressed, anxious or overwhelmed, their team of trained clinicians are there to help. They offer a one-to-one assessment and will make sure you get the right access to the right help if you need it.

Workplace Health Staffordshire 

Workplace Health Staffordshire is the one place to access all the support a business needs for good employee health.  

Provides free support and resources, including: 

  • A healthy lifestyle support service 

  • Structured workplace wellbeing awards 

  • Resources, including those to promote: 

  • a smokefree workplace 

  • healthy eating at work 

  • people be more physically active 

  • mental health and wellbeing 

  • sleep and recovery 

  • Workplace Health Webinars, live and recorded 

 

Wellbeing and Recovery College 

The wellbeing and recovery college offer wellbeing and recovery focused courses, often free of charge, for adults aged 18 and over. 

They offer both face-to-face and online courses. 

 

North Staffordshire Wellbeing College 

The North Staffordshire Wellbeing College offer wellbeing workshops for people in Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Staffordshire Moorlands for free. 

They offer a mixture of face-to-face and online workshops, and a range of resources for you to access. 

 

NHS Services 

The NHS website offers a range of information on mental health, including information about diagnosis, self-help information and details of services available to you. 

They also offer talking therapies, that you can refer yourself to or access through your GP. 

Your GP can also offer additional advice and referrals to services.
